Help with adjustable cam gears........

I am coming close the my swap date, and I need some info on where to set my adj. gears. I am running integra type r cams(99-00) and I need to know where to set them so that my car runs good. I know that there is no optimal setting, and i know that all motors are different, but I need your experience. There isn't a dyno for hundreds of miles from me, and I don't know how to really tell if my gears are set right. Please let me know of some peoples experiences with this. Thanks

that's a tough call...w/o a dyno, you may just have to fool around w/ em and use your 'butt dyno'....
